DrGail is such a gifted storyteller. I could not put this book down from page 1 until page 196. She had my complete attention from the story of Adam and Eve, which had me in stitches most of the time to my determination that truly I see that my management and leadership style is definitely the Creative Leader and now for the first time, understand why and accept it fuller. I especially like how DrGail gave examples of the leadership styles of biblical and contemporary women of our time. I have read every book DrGail has written and of course they were all deep and wonder, enjoyable and profound, however, being a preacher, teacher and counselor for more than 25 years, and having been in leadership most of those years, I believe DrGail has put the greatest spin on biblical leadership in laymen's terms and helped women to see that they can be naturally and spiritually gifted to lead and fulfill the Call of God on their lives unapoligetically. If you thought her book, "Daughters of the King" was awesome, as I did, then please do as I did, read the book from front to cover and share it with the leaders that you are mentoring as I am. I am so impressed with this book that I am making it mandatory for all of my board members and ministry leaders to read, as well as I am featuring the book on my internet based talk show designed to encourage women in leadership, "GeneSIS Talks with DrV" the month of July 2013. DrGail has agreed to do an interview with me and I can hardly wait to have her expound on the principles she has outlined in this book that helps you in the home, workplace, your business, and ministry. DrGail, I wish they had something higher than 5 Star, because you are so far above that with this book. All I can say now is thank you for writing it and I want to thank also Harvest House Publishers for doing such a fine job with publishing this masterpiece.

The Power of A Woman Who Leads is a book that leaves me feeling empowered to be my very best, because that is God's intention for my life. I love the "measurement tool" that Dr. Gail Hayes has in the book that determines your individual leadership style. Dr. Gail Hayes is a much sought after speaker on both the national and international stage. She MOVES audiences, and is dynamic and insightful in her approach to women in leadership. I have read several of her books, and have had the pleasure of experiencing her LIVE! Harvest House is a premiere Christian publisher, if her approach were not biblically sound, they would not have sought her out as one of their authors. Get this book! Make sure that you see Dr. Gail Hayes when she comes to your city to speak, or to conduct a workshop. You don't want to miss the opportunity!

Ready To Lead

When I learned Dr. Gail had written another book, I could not wait to get my hands on this one!! When I begin to read I wanted to understand obtaining leadership roles in the 21 century. I read the book with an open mind and saw alot of my coworkers giving up on themselves for not having leadership roles or not having confidence in themselves to move forward, stay in your lane but be a true leader. I have read various books in my life and taking self quizzes to identify who I am which has helped me tremendously!!When you read just 1 chapter of a book like this not more,then you might just miss the Big Boat of Success!! . Dr.Hayes keep writing!! As the little girl said in the Commerical: "We want more, we want more"!!
